HGH comments: This is a painting that I did not chose or purchase: it was a gift from the artist for the sad reason that my choice was smashed in transport. I hope you like it as much as I do: particuarily since Fritz was in his 90s when he painted this. He was one of the spiritual leaders of the naïve group in Germany. It should be of interest that Fritz was an anti-Nazi in his youth during WWII, and kept most of the wartime in hiding.
